Čeština: Znak města Horní Blatná, okres Karlovy Vary.
Štít polcený. V pravé polovině červené je stříbrné břevno. Levá polovina je dělená. V horním červeném poli je doleva kráčející stříbrný lev s pozdviženou pravou přední tlapou. V dolním poli rovněž červeném jsou zkřížené nástroje k těžbě cínu, totiž rýžovací hrábě a hornický špičák v přirozené barvě.
