Plakanā mezgliņēde (latīņu: lichen planus) ir idiopātiskā dermatoze, kura skar ādu un/vai gļotādas. Tā raksturojas ar purpurkrāsas papuloziem (mezgliņu) izsitumiem, kuri parasti ir ar baltām līnijām, kuras dēvē par Vikama strijām.[1]

Plakanā mezgliņēde ir aprakstīta kā autoimūna slimība,[2] dermatoze,[1][3] pāpuloskvamoza kaite, ādas un gļotādas slimība,[4] iekaisuma slimība.[5]
Plakano mezgliņēdi var klasificēt pēc lokalizācijas:
- Ādas forma ietekmē ādu, ādas mataino daļu un nagus;[3][4][6]
- Gļotādas forma ietekmē gastrointestinālo traktu (muti, rīkli, barības vadu, kuņģi, ānusu), balseni, acs konjunktīvu, ka arī citas gļotādas kas atrodas vēderplēvē, ausīs, degunā, urīnpūslī un dzimumorgānos.[1][5][7][8]
