Apraksts
Русский: Во второй половине XIX века (07/01/1864) был составлен проект герба Режицы по правилам, разработанным Б.Кене. "Горностаевый щит". В вольной части герб Витебской губернии. Щит венчала серебряная башенная корона, по сторонам щита помещались золотые колосья, перевязанные Александровской лентой. Герб не утверждался официально.
