Прямоугольное полотнище с соотношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из трёх вертикальных полос жёлтого, синего и жёлтого цвета (ширина каждой жёлтой полосы 1/6 длины полотнища); в середине синей полосы стоящий, обращённый к древку, с воздетыми крыльями степной сокол-сапсан жёлтого цвета.
