Autors	The photographer is unknown. In Finney's book, no copyright is indicated for the image, credit is given to the collections of the New York Historical Society. Negative #34438C of the New York Historical Society.

Assuming it is an anonymous work (I've never seen a photographer's name associated with this image), I think the image would be even {{PD-old}}, as for anonymously published works, the copyright term starts to run at the first publication just about anywhere. Moses S. King himself most likely was not the photographer; he was an editor who published a whole series of such books; see e.g. this list. Lupo 15:12, 24 October 2006 (UTC)
