We were thinking about starting 17 o'clock in Tallinn in 24th of August. Might it be doable for the Latvians to get there buy this time? On the same day from around 19-21 there is also a get-together to celebrate the birthday of Estonian Wikipedia. The plan is to spend the first night in Tallinn, second in Riga and end in the Sunday evening. ~~~~
