Correctness of the address

Having surveyed the location, I slightly suspect the address of this architectural monument - the building in this picture looks really fresh and locals claim it has been recently built/heavily reconstructed. The address for it is 1a, which matches the official listing... but there's a building with address 1c, and that one is right next to this one, looks much older and seems to be a more likely candidate.
