HCoV-229E jeb cilvēka koronavīruss 229E (angļu: Human coronavirus 229E) ir RNS vīruss, kas pieder alfakoronavīrusu ģintij.[1]

HCoV-229E, tāpat kā bētakoronavīrusiem piederošais cilvēka koronavīruss OC43 (HCoV-OC43) var izraisīt akūtas elpceļu infekcijas (saaukstēšanos).[2][3][4]
