{{Self}} is used to indicate that uploader have placed the file under a free license or more licenses.

On 2020-06-13 the old {{Self}} was moved to {{PD-self}}. All files that used the template was changed with a bot to use the new name {{PD-self}}. Only exception was 10 files that used the template like it is used on en:Template:Self and c:Template:Self. For example:

{{Self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-3.0,2.5,2.0,1.0}}

Those files were temporary moved to {{Self2}} during the transfer. A few days later they were moved back and now uses {{Self}}.
