Hi. I unfortunately do not speak Latvian, but I think I have a grasp of how its orthography works. I'm writing because there seems to be an error or two in the transliteration of Torkil's name. In Faroese i, y, e and the digraph ey palatalise velars making them postalveolars, furthermore approximants (and nasals) can become devoiced. Thus in IPA and X-SAMPA, his name would be transliterated: [ˈtʰɔɹ̥tʃɪl ˈnɪlsɛn] / ["t_hOr\_0tSIl "nIlsEn].
