Hetere Lina Maka Donalda (angļu: Heather Lynn Mac Donald; dzimusi 1956. gada 23. novembrī Losandželosā, ASV) ir amerikāņu konservatīva politikas komentētāja, esejiste un advokāte.[1][2][3] Viņa ir Manhatanas institūta (Manhattan Institute) līdzstrādniece un City Journal redaktore.[4][5][6]

Viņa ir pazīstama ar savu viedokli par policiju[7] un kritisko nostāju pret krimināltiesību reformām,[8] ko apraksta savā grāmatā "The War on Cops", un seljās "The Myth of the Racist Cop" un "The Myth of Systemic Police Racism".[9][10] Maka Donalda ir aprakstīta kā "policistu atbalstītāja".[7] Viņa noraida, ka ASV policija ir sistemātiski rasistiska, nosaucot to par "nepatiesu naratīvu".[11]

Maka Donalda sevi uzskata par sekulāru konservatīvu.[12] Viņa ir teikusi, ka konservatīvisms ir pārāks par liberālismu tikai pašu tikumības principu dēļ, uzsverot, ka reliģija nav neatņemama konservatīvisma sastāvdaļa.
